The challenges faced by our young brothers their senior year of college can be overwhelming and difficult.  Job searching, graduating, and moving on in life can be a lot to think about as our young brothers graduate.  As alumni who have experienced these life challenges, you are being asked to reach out and help some of the older brothers in our chapter.  Zach board is looking to start an alumni mentorship program for our junior and senior undergraduate brothers in Xi Chapter.

So what would this entail?  Reaching out and offering advice and mentorship only once a month with a current brother.  This can be done via skyping, emailing, calling, or in person.  The goal of this program is to have a mentor for each junior and senior brother to help them transition from college student to alumnus.  To better match the undergrad brothers to the mentor, include any majors that you would like to mentor based on your career experience.  If you are interested in becoming a mentor please contact Richard Threlkeld at This email address is being protected from spambots.
