How Did Zeta Beta Tau Make You the Man You Are Today?

We all gained invaluable lifelong benefits from Zeta Beta Tau. Did you learn about leadership at Zeta Beta Tau? Do the fraternity's core values play a role in your life today? Did you make a romantic or career connection thanks to Zeta Beta Tau?

Let us know how Zeta Beta Tau helped make you the man you are today. Click here to share your stories.

One of the biggest parts of Homecoming is the celebration of lifelong friendships formed at ZBT/Phi Ep, and that is especially true for the big/little brother pair of Mark Rhodes '88 and Patrick McDougal '92, who were both in attendance at this year's festivities.

The two, as with most brothers raising kids, had lost touch with each other after graduation because of other priorities. But they reconnected in 2004, when Patrick was doing his residency in Augusta, close to Mark's lake house on nearby Lake Thurmond. Mark invited Patrick's family for a visit, and the friendship was rekindled.

This past week, a number of Xi Chapter alumni participated in a service project with the Atlanta Community Food Bank (ACFB). Organized by the ZBT Atlanta Area Alumni Association, the brothers helped inspect, sort and box 18,021 pounds of food products for distribution. This translated to providing 11,875 meals for food-insecure people in the Atlanta metro area and across Northeast Georgia.

Brothers and alumni gathered after the fall graduation ceremony to celebrate the graduating class and the end of the semester.  We are especially pleased with the new brothers' fall academic performance with a 3.25 GPA.  More to come on the chapter's academic success soon!
